ETIQUETTE

Learn how to eat with the Queen and take home a Certificate of Proficiency in Dining Etiquette to prove it! Inspired by the Etiquette School of New York, the Dining + Social Etiquette Session is a hands-on course delivered over a delicious 4-course dinner. Families will learn the ABC’s of dining etiquette and the social skills involved with dining events such as greetings, handshaking, eye contact and making appropriate conversations at the table.

FINANCIAL LITERACY FOR KIDS

Students work with and learn from top financial analyzes, fund managers, and industrial tycoons. Students learn how institutions manage investment and endowment portfolios, portfolio structures and strategies, how to measure and compare portfolios and how to manage their own portfolio.

COOKING FOR A CAUSE

Learn Not Just How to Cook, But How to Cook For A Cause!

Families that cook together thrive together, and cooking and baking are necessary life skills that every child should be equipped with. This session teaches the fundamentals of cooking with professional chefs at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts. Students learn to bake fun and simple receipts such as cookies, scones, and muffins and are encouraged to share their creations with family, friends and the hungry. Students also take home their very own chef’s apron and recipe booklet.
